Refund Policy
We strive to provide high-quality products and services. However, we understand that there may be instances where a refund is necessary.

Refunds may be considered for the following reasons:

Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 30 days of receipt. We may require you to provide photographic evidence of the damage.

Significant Errors in the Order: If there is a significant error in your order, such as a wrong item or incorrect quantity, please contact us immediately.

Refunds will not be issued for items that have been used or damaged by the customer.
Refunds for digital products, such as digital downloads, are generally not possible once the product has been delivered.
Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
Throughout the commission process, you will receive updates of the progress to ensure you are happy with how it is looking, providing you with plenty of opportunities to make amendments. Paintings are only sent when you are 100% satisfied with the outcome.

A 20% deposit is required upon ordering a commission which is non-refundable once the painting has started. If you cancel the order before the painting has been posted, you will not be refunded your deposit. If you cancel after receiving the painting, you will not be eligible for refund unless the product has been damaged or lost during shipping. If this is the case, please get in touch immediately to resolve the issue.

I currently only ship to the UK.

Free UK delivery for standard orders.

These orders will be posted via Royal Mail and usually takes 2-3 working days. However, I am not responsible for any delays caused by the postal services.
