SECURING YOUR BOOKING...
To arrange a pet portrait with me, please send an email, via the 'Get in Touch' button below, outlining the size you'd like, how many pets, along with a range of photos to use as a reference. I will then work with you to create something you love, providing my artistic advice if required.
To secure your booking, I require a 20% deposit which is non-refundable once the painting has started.
To ensure I can capture the details and character of your pet as accurately as possible, a high quality reference photo is essential. Please click here to see my reference photo requirements.
TIMESCALE...
As I work on multiple commissions at a time, I need to allow 1--2 months to complete your painting. If you require a specific date for the painting to be complete for, please get in touch as soon as possible to avoid disappointment. Feel free to contact me about this as I may be able to squeeze you in.
PAINTING PROCESS...
During the painting process, I will keep you updated with progress. Please bare in mind that I work in layers, meaning the painting will look very strange until it's finished! Once complete, I will send you photos to get your approval. This is when the remaining balance is paid.
DELIVERY...
As I am a small business, I currently only ship within the UK. I provide free postage sent Second Class, tracked with Royal Mail. You will be given a tracking code upon dispatch.
